Introduction: We present two pregnant women who were referred to obstetric endocrinology service with polyuria and polydipsia. They were investigated and treated for diabetes insipidus (DI). In both cases, the underlying pathophysiology was ADH insufficiency secondary to autoimmune lymphocytic hypophysitis.
